11/05/2020 · Only when I plug in my usb external drive and ipod touch, ipod videoit does not recognize it. I tried device manager and looking for it there, it does not show up. When I go on safe mode, "USB mass storage" shows up but I cannot update cuz it keeps saying it already has the best driver installed. When I look at "properties" it says there is no driver installed.
